Can I return a product?
You can return a product for replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery if it meets the following conditions:the product is not as you expected or advertised

- - the product is of wrong size
- - the product is unused, original packaging, seals and tags are intact
How to return a product?
To return a product follow the steps below:

- 3. Pack your product including all tags, accessories or free gifts (if any) you received
- 4. Send it to us by yourself or contact us to schedule a pickup time
Cases where Return/Exchange guarantee may not apply
- - Damages due to misuse of product
- - Any consumable item which has been used
- - Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- - Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
When can I ask for a refund?
- - You have received damaged, defective or wrong product
- - The product is not of expected size/measurement or color
- - You have already paid but the desired product is out of stock

How long it may take to get the refund?
Dispatched and Delivered Parcels
- - After we have received your item as return, our team of professionals will inspect it and you will be eligible for refund if the product is in the same condition as you received it and undamaged in any way
- - It may take up to 10-15 business days to get the refund after you have shipped it back to us considering the return time, inspection time and refund time
- - The money will be refunded within 2-3 business days after the issue is confirmed
